Wealthier!
Because I just learned about Acorn today and I am absolutely amazed at how easily I can invest in my future by rounding up on purchases I am already making.
Acorn rounds up the change for everything I purchase using my checking account with my personal bank (you are not required to switch banks).
For example: If I spend $51.75 at Walmart (any purchase counts) then Acorn takes .25 cents to hold until I reach the $5.00 threshold which is invested immediately. That is every $5 from round ups and I was allowed to cap my monthly investment at $10. I could have chosen more or less for the total monthly investment and can change later, if I desire.
I also got to choose the risk level that was most comfortable for me.
I can add additional $$ anytime I want and with the app I can see everything going in and out.
I am a certified Economics teacher and other than my work related 401-K, I never really had the money to get involved in investing, but always wanted to dabble in the Stock Market.
I have watched others make the ultimate passive income investing their own money and now I can, too! And so can you!
Acorn has made this so simple that immediately I knew I had to share this information on my blog. It really is just pennies on the dollar.

My steps and “investment costs” so far. I will keep you posted as this progresses! Follow my blog for updates.
1. I chose the Silver plan – $6.00 per month fee (the highest is only $12 and lowest is $3)
2. Linked my personal checking account so my purchases gets topped off by Acorn for investment. A very safe and secure process.
3. Capped my investment at $10 (my choice) worth of rounding up each month. I could have chosen less or more.
4. Invested a one time $100 dollars (absolutely not required and my 100% my choice).
5. Signed up for the free Acorn app. Excellent tracking of entire process.
6. Copied the referral link (which you can, too) that will earn me $600 in investment money, if friends sign-up) You are welcome friends! / NOT required and 100% my choice to share on my blog with you.

Check it out because investing should not be just for wealthy people, and that is 100% my opinion.

What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
“KBC Exercises for Passive Income- Probably Your Favorite too”

KBC aka (also known as) KeyBoard Crunches has mostly likely been kicking your butt and hands, today and from this right here. (#ad but great sale today)
Some people think most of us bloggers just sit around in our yesterday pajamas eating chips and playing on the internet. Well, for most of us that is not exactly 100% true. I ran out of my favorite chips around 9:30 this morning.
KBC exercises comes with its own routine. You should start your day with finger stretching and lifting something slightly heavy like my fav in a coffee cup to really benefit the most from your all morning, daytime, afternoon, evening and extra late night keyboarding. If the coffee cup gets to be too much, then you can switch over to a soda can, diet or regular is fine just as long as you get some KBC stretches in. Also, getting up every now and then for the bathroom, snacks, or to tell the kids to quieten down is also good for KBC break stretching.
I spent my day in a KBC Etsy marathon (my store link). KBC exercising helped me type up a pretty good Etsy listing for other bloggers (actually anyone) who might want to expand their KBC time to making some real digital download money (aka, also known as Passive Income), which means your KBC routine in the near future could only be needed for counting all that cash! In what profession can you legally copy a file, put it online and sell it the same file a billion or times.
So overall, it was a pretty good day thanks to the KBC exercising that kept my fingers limber enough to finish my Etsy listing. It blows my mind that one shared file could fund my retirement that normally takes a life’s worth of slaving for a dollar. Amazing
Now all I need is for everybody to download the 345 Ready to Sell NOW Templates in one sweet bundle. Full PLR and MRR resell rights!
You want need KBC exercises to set up your business because it is Ready Now, for You.
You will need KBC to count all that money you are going make.
Thanks for reading!

As I was teaching the American Revolution to high school students, I got to thinking about how the colonists were upset about taxes. Actually they were upset about “taxation without representation”. I pulled out all stops for this lesson by doing the following:
I bought several historical t-shirts (see links below #ad) and props (more links for this too) to help my students become more engaged. But, I could not stop thinking about all of the taxes we pay and what bothers me most is that we just keep on paying them. It is like we are conditioned to do it because our parents did and their parents did it and are great- grands did it but WAIT.. did our great- grands pay all these taxes that we pay every year for pretty much our entire life?
My grandmother was born in 1913 when the 16th Amendment was passed and officially gave the Federal Government the ability to tax everyone but only a few had to pay because of very generous exemptions. So, my Granny was 30 years old before the US Government began to officially enforce payroll withholding in 1943 to help pay for WWII.
So, unlike my crying toddler in the above video, we have only been succumbing to an overwhelming list of legally binding taxes for less than 83 years.
249 years ago, we protested, dumped tea, took up arms against our Mother country and had an entire revolution over small taxes levied on things like tea (see links below about my favorite drinking / not dumping tea.
In less than 83, years have managed to tax everything. The Feds collected 9.73 Trillion dollars in just 2024.
My home state of SC found an extra 1.8 billion in tax money lying around last year. Did they send us a check? Nope
It is getting harder and harder to teach how we became Americans when that give me liberty or give me death spirit is rapidly fading away.
What food would you say is your specialty?

Get Your Very Own Highland Maude – digital download
So yes, beef (sorry Maude) is the main ingredient in my specialty. And you will definitely want one of these Ninja 6 in 1 Indoor Grills to recreate my specialty meal.
I bought this excellent indoor grill because my gas grill had a little incident of smoking, sparking and a small boom which scared me tremendously. So I gave it to my sister-in-law. JK, I hauled the grill to the land field and gave the tank away.
I bought the Ninja because it was cheaper than most outside grills and I just was not feeling comfy with propane after the “incident”.
I was shocked the indoor grill was excellent with not only beef, (sorry Maude) but chicken, pork, veggies and Texas Toast. Hot dogs, bacon and French Fries, too. I really like the built in thermometer which is great for all meat.
Because of the Ninja, simple grilled bacon cheese burgers have become my specialty. I have never had hamburgers (sorry Maude) to taste so good with just a little garlic salt and no other seasoning. The Ninja just cooks them differently and exceptionally flavorful.
Steps for Preparing My Specialty
1- Heat up the Ninja grill (hamburger option- I like well done).
2- Pat the hamburgers round with your thumb print indenture in middle and place on grill. Don’t flatten them out.
3- Stick thermometer into center of largest one.
4. Closed lid until you hear the “flipping” beep.
5. Flip burgers
6. Cook until grill turns off
7. Remove burgers. Toast the buns and cheese in grill and top off with Dukes mayo, spinach, onions, mustard, and the bacon you cooked on the grill, early. Place on your plate with garlic sprinkled home fries (sliced potatoes) that you also cooked early on the grill using the basket attachment instead of the grill slate.
Grab the ketchup and apologize to Maude.
